This new, fully licensed, ongoing NDT urban development project is a prime urbanization for its location across the state road CE – 060 and next to the city of Redenção, which is in full university and industrial development. The VILLAS ITAPAÍ urbanization is being infrastructured with cobblestone streets, a water network and an electric network. Sanitation will be provided by individual mini treatment stations, in accordance with current law. In the institutional areas donated by NDT, the perfection is committed to building a preschool, an elementary school, a covered multisport. From a private point of view, the construction of a shop with about 3,000 m2 of area next to the state road CE 060, which serves the urbanization, is planned.
